Hilary Gent Visual Artist Hilary Gent is a full time artist, gallery owner and event planner, and her studio and business, HEDGE Gallery, are located within the 78th Street Studios. Hilary attended Kent State University, where she graduated with a BFA, concentrating in painting. HEDGE Gallery is a contemporary art space dedicated to exhibiting local emerging and professional artists and represents the work of 12 Northeast Ohio based artists. Gent’s oil paintings are in the permanent collections of The Cleveland Clinic and the American Heart Association, as well as several law firms and local businesses. She is represented by Maria Neil
Every Third Friday of the month from 5 - 9 pm, over 50 venues inside 78th Street Studios open up at the same time to present compelling visual exhibits, ambient music, delicious cuisine, and pop up vendors. THIRD FRIDAYS is a multisensory art experience with four floors of eclectic architecture and visual displays. 78th Street Studios is a retail adventure that allows the public to interact with Cleveland's living artists and producers to discover authentic art, furniture, music and cuisine made in this region.
Chris Seibert Performance Artist Chris Seibert owns a home and works in the Gordon Square neighborhood. Chris wears many hats as a performer, director, educator and playwright. Chris has been with Cleveland Public Theatre since 2001 when she met founder James Levin and began collaborating with executive artistic director Raymond Bobgan. Working with CPT, Chris has facilitated the production of over 40 original, ensemble-driven performance works. Through CPT’s Education programs she has worked collaboratively with Cleveland inner-city teens, children in public housing, justice-involved women and adults in recovery to create original performances based on the participants’ life experiences.
