Chris Seibert

Performance Artist

Chris Seibert owns a home and works in the Gordon Square neighborhood. Chris wears many hats as a performer, director, educator and playwright.  Chris has been with Cleveland Public Theatre since 2001 when she met founder James Levin and began collaborating with executive artistic director Raymond Bobgan.

Working with CPT, Chris has facilitated the production of over 40 original, ensemble-driven performance works. Through CPT’s Education programs she has worked collaboratively with Cleveland inner-city teens, children in public housing, justice-involved women and adults in recovery to create original performances based on the participants’ life experiences.

Chris loves the brand new neighborhood greenspace Franklin Reading Garden as well as the flowers and urban gardens tended by local residents.
